LCD Restoration and possible backlight repair is available for your FloScan device. If the device has a burnt/faded display, LCD restoration can help. This involves replacing the in polarization film on the internal liquid crystal display. NEW LCD replacements are not available for this model if the display has failed (missing segments or black ink spots visible). LCD failure cannot be repaired.
If the backlight has seemed to fail on your device, it may be possible to repair. Not all devices use the same backlight, so we would need to diagnose the issue prior to successful repair. We will only charge for backlight repair if your device allows this service.
