Check Your Order Status

Explanation of Order Status:

  • Service Request Submitted – Your online order has been submitted.  Please mail your devices to us with the Order included.  You will be notified once received.
  • Received-In Progress – Your device(s) have been received and checked into the queue for service.  Current turn around is 2-3 weeks.  You will be contacted if issues and invoice will be emailed once completed.
  •  On-Hold – There is an issue with your order and we have attempted to contact you.  Please contact us for further assistance.
  • Pending Customer Payment – Restoration service is completed and invoice has been sent via email awaiting payment.  
  •  Completed – Invoice has been paid and device(s) are being returned.  Shipment tracking will be sent via email.
