To help us determine whether your device can be repaired and whether replacement parts are available, please provide the following information:

1. PHOTOS OF YOUR DEVICE – Contact Us 

Please provide clear photos of your device both POWERED ON and POWERED OFF. These photos help our technicians assess the condition of the LCD and identify potential repair options.

2. POWER PINOUTS & VOLTAGE READINGS — REQUIRED

For devices we have not previously serviced, we MUST have the power pinout information to safely power your device ON and OFF at our facility.

Using a voltmeter, please identify and provide:

• Positive (+) power wire or pin
• Negative (−) / Ground wire or pin
• Voltage readings with the device powered ON
• Voltage readings with the device powered OFF
• Clear photos showing the corresponding wires or pins
