GaugeSaver now has a solution to replace your cracked lens on your Mercury SmartCraft 3″ Analog VDO Gauges. This DIY offer is brought to you by THE leader in gauge restoration and repair… GAUGESAVER.COM! Replacement lenses have been re-designed and remanufactured to be twice as thick as the original OEM lens, yet still allow the use of your existing lens gasket. This 1-piece design is made of UV Stable Poly-carbonate and fits into the case just like the OEM lens with tabs, and you can still use your OEM or aftermarket bezels.
*This lens will aslo fit several 85mm style round gauges, like VDO or Volvo Penta. If you are not sure if this lens will work for you, I would suggest removing the bezel of your gauge, and measuring it’s ID and OD, and comparing it with the measurements in the picture provided. This lens also has Tabs that hold it securely in a Mercury case, which may need to be removed for your application. It also may require silicone around the perimeter underneath the bezel to make it waterproof.*
